This skin CS:S to create players based on the texture,
then "JTrim" added the skin using a software called brightness.
Creation time a one file is 30 minutes.

I think this is stolen because i downloaded this skin with other skinner and he hasn't just got skins, he has tiles from CSS and radars, and sound effects.
