Blazer you should judge your skins by how many downloads they have not the likes.

They crappy ones get likes outa pity and to encourage the newbies to get better while the good skins get more DL's as they are usable.

Also sorry I cant DL your skin tho since atm my CS2D is in full blown Half Life 2D development which is already complicated enough I cant handle having to deal with other custom files

On US It's a standard.
Crappy file - at least 10 comments with flame or vulgar words about upload
Pretty good file - something like 5 - 10 comments, usually one is from file author and sometimes You can get additional revenge "rate" from jealous user
Back to topic, I like this file. It's way better than trash uploaded by some people in last time...
