I cant login on CS2D and ive done what it said... create a USGN.de account and activate it from email i done all that but i cant log in on CS2D. I know how to log in by going on 'options' and going on the 'NET' tab then i put the user ID and Password in. Also ive even tryed changeing my password like 3 times and it still doesnt work... please help?... AND on my edit profile on THIS website it asks me 'USGN user ID: ' i pput that in and it comes up saying 'INCORRECT' when i press 'OK'

I believe it's case sensitive. Did you consider that yet...? And don't copy the password out of the email! While copying, you often copy a space after the text with it, then your password is wrong

Yeah. The offline thing is totally unrelated with this... as i remmenber, ur USGN acc doesnt get activated intantly, it takes like one hour max to get it activated and to login in the game, but dont try NOW becouse usgn is off for today i think, try it later USGN if offline... but you can join games still if you have there ip or them in your favorites ive been joining games using ip today. yes.and favoriete list is still working. this is possible couse youre favoriet list has nothing to do with the USGN.it is saved on your computer.when you connect by ip,you connect to the server directly.not via USGN.
but you dont must worry about is.the USGN is back online and everything works 
cool, but if the saves arent heavy then u could save all popular servers and never worry about USGN downs the saves arent heavy.watch in youre cs2d dicertory.there is a file named favorites.watch in it.only the ip and the port is saved.would be 2 bytes peer lime

yes,when the USGN is down you have than a serverliste.but there are new servers and server shut down every 2 minutes.so you donw have always all servers in it.but the most.so it helps you much.some guys here have made the self with the rconviewer.they have save all ips there,too. u will be obsticallt lagging then when ur going 2 add all servers in Favorites what u whould do is some 4 of ur favorite servers add them because if usgn is offline it will only be for 1-5 minutes ';)
