I was cruising around the 0104 sfx folder, cutting and pasting sounds to my updated CS2D folder and I came across this sfx file that will not play in game on the updated CS2D. The file name is "day" and whenever I try to open it in the editor it says "Failed to load sound". Here is the sound: http://unrealsoftware.de/get.php?get=uccc_4c44cad1.zip&p=2
I'm sorry if I might of violated the rules by posting files that I have not created myself but I just wanted to show you guys the problem I'm having.

Is there a way I can play this sfx file on the updated version of CS2D?

maybe a wav encoding that is not supported by the new cs2d (yes, wav can use many different encodings). use audacity to convert it to ogg (or export as wav) and it should work. ogg should always work (because it only has one encoding - which is supported).

however please don't upload files because you have a problem with them. this is NOT the idea of the file archive. so don't abuse it for that purpose. use other free filehosters instead. (upload has been removed)
