Listen I read the checklist, and it doesn't have my problem in it. I looked on the web and alot of people are having this problem.
I have spent 3 weeks with my clan trying to sort this out and not even Debt or Deatherr, people who I would never expect to not know an answer, to not know what to do.
I have all my ports forwarded, I've double checked so many times that they're correct, I've even got a new router and tried it on that one. My firewall is open to it, the program, the dedicated server, everything. People are completely unable to connect to my server, and it only shows up in LAN. With my other router it says Server added to list, but never shows up and when I look in lan it says "Finding LAN servers" and just stays like that.
Now I know my port is forwarded correctly, when I hit "New Game" people can join my server directly without a dedicated server involved, but it doesn't show up on the main list for some reason.
I have followed every guide and went over every problem on both this website and external websites, I've talked with people who should know the answer and it's like they give up without even trying on it. I've tried sv_lan 0 I've made sure it's not checked I've reinstalled CS2D and the dedicated server I've restarted my computer multiple times, but the dedicated server never allows anyone but me to connect, and only shows up in LAN. Now why would my New Game server not show up in main also?
I'm extremely desperate for a fix for this, I'm already about two weeks late of when I should of been hosting, and its all because of this problem. I've done more work on here trying to get this server up than I do at my job.
I have searched every single place I can for the past three weeks to find an answer, it's been literally exhausting. My last hope is for people involved making the game to tell me what I'm doing wrong so I may fix it.

"Please help, I really need it."? this title is STUPID! fixed! /DC Not sure if this is true but I heard that if you type "usgn_user" in the console it updates your server. I don't know if it works. It didn't work, thanks anyway Dark. Hm well there is another command "server". Try running it in different modes. Also if your using a laptop go somewhere that has WiFi and see if your server come up there. I like your Hacks folder in the top right corner of the last screenshot. Yorty I showed you that.

Now he will remove those screens. And we lose evidence, but maybe hes not doing anything bad like hacking CS2D maybe he is just hacking the FBI. I don't hack CS2D, Those hacks are for C&C Zero Hour and C&C Generals, I also put trainers in there like Trainers for Fallout 3 and GTA San Andreas.
I tried server and it didn't do anything. I may know the problem.
Per chance is your computer connected to a network of computers on the same network? If so when I tried to set up my server, it gave an error in command prompt. From there I couldn't figure it out.
In short, a shared network could be the problem. I am on a shared network, you got a fix for it? Are you sure your PCs IP ends with 1 ?
Also set both external port and internal port at screenshot 8 to 36963. I had already done the 36963 thing today, still no change whatsoever.
If being in a shared network is the problem I would like a fix if possible.

for example eset smart security blocks the cs2d dedicated,
so you have to disable the firewall on eset smart security.
*Maybe you need do disable your firewall on your router if you haven't yet.

Eh, How long have you waited for the server to appear in the server list? If you read through my entire first post you'll see I've gone through all that. I've been working the past three weeks on this and my clan has done nothing but jump on my back about it.
I would really like to know if me being on a shared network is a problem. Zurak says his server takes 15 minutes to get out of LAN but I've kept mine up for half an hour.
Thank you for the current help but none of it is working. A lot of servers take up to 1-2 hours to get into the server
list, for example my server takes 1 hour + to get into the server list.
Try waiting that long if you haven't...... I'll leave my dedi window up all day and see if it works, thanks.
