If you mean 31: how about changing your rcon password?
And then there's still wildcard IP ban, assuming he has a dynamic IP address.
He just probably found the rcon password...and this *diot forgot to change it.
@Carl what i recommend is
A. Change the server name when he is not online
B. Change the rcon password and make it longer. (not just some *aaaa* password...try something like *Xjh1a3sdd* so it will be hard to know it)
C. Try to ban him by IP... if it does not help ban him by USGN
D.Change your nick so he does not know its you on the server
(Critical recommendation)
Put the speedhack detector on so he may get banned for 1 hour of using speedhack.
Set the ping limit to 300,200 or 50. So he will get kicked for high ping due to speedhacks and etc.
If it still does not work there is a critical way to do it but its tricky.
He is probably jumping on IP connections - say if he gets IP banned he can just jump to another IP like IN CS.1.6 just by restarting his PC. But CS2D is more advanced so even if you reset your PC you STILL will be banned. He is mostly doing this (By connecting to the server he gets a special IP code say like 231.212.1.112.1 and the PORT.
When he gets banned all he does is shut down the Internet connection. By doing that his IP gets reset.. So its like an automatic in BAN just by shutting the Internet connection. My guess is to change your PORT. IF you ban him by IP he can still change it but the IPs port stays the same so he will have a hard time joining your server. Try it. Good Luck.
