GTA 4 Forever Load

I had 8500GT and my GTAIV worked but was really laggy.
After half of the year, i bought Club3D Nvidia Geforce 240gt, but now, my GTAIV stops in loading screen just plays music and shows screens of GTA 4 Chars. Later, the music stops but loading just continiuos INFINITIVE!
Plz help
EDIT: Now the music plays longer and the cmd launchgta4.exe pops up, but still doesnt work
EDIT2: I was in http://www.canyourunit.com it showe me only one thing thats bad is in "recomended" is mine intel dual core processor. But as written i still can run it. Things i've done to try to clear the problem:
-Patched up all patches
-Updated video card to 190.24
-Used Windowed, Novblank, Nomemrest and Norestriction
-Cracked exe files
-Installed to C:\Program Files...
-Defraged and Reinstalled
-Used xliveless.
-ALT-TABBED out of the game
-Used Game Booster
-Installed latest directx 9.0c and 10.1
-Installed flash player adobe
-Installed C+ 2010 and .NET Framework 4 and 3.5 SP1 and simple 3.5
-ALT+CTRL+DEL Task manager showed me that gta4 "not responding
But still doesnt work!
System Specs:
-Intel Core2Duo 2,2gHz x2
-WinXP SP3 Russian
-2GB RAM DDR2
-400GB Hard Disk
-Nvidia 240GT 1GB 190.24 Shader and Vertex 3.0 Video Card
-REALTEK HD 5.1 Sound Card
