So the Yellow text remains there when you try to login? for how long? forever?
If so, allow CS2D in Windows Firewall. If it's already done then check in your anti-virus programme for any exception list and then add CS2D to the list. This should work most of the time. I hope it does for you... otherwise I can only recommend one more thing, port-forwarding of port. You basicly add CS2D's port to router ports list. It works for me, but yeah tell me if you have any problems with it.
I think your login problem is your previous login information that returns as incorrect. Due to that CS2D now uses the UnrealSoftware names as username inside CS2D combind with the account's password. So basicly just type the same information you use on the forum in CS2D and it should log you right in. If that doesn't work either, come back and do the things I said earlier.

Double/Triple Check Your password and username
Make shure your not blocked by proxy or the firewall
Anti Viruses maybe blocking cs2d like Kaspersky,AGV and etc.
Check your internet connection
In final resorts you can Reinstall CS2D
from the firewall to the internet connection and on end i changed my name from vucgy to vucgy92 and it worked
it will stay yellow if it's unable to connect to the USGN masterserver.
you'll also see just a cached serverlist if the game doesn't manage to get the current list from the net.
so still everything tells me that there is a problem with CS2D connecting to the masterserver. this is either caused by firewalls (can also be hardware firewalls in your router) or other internet programs somehow blocking the ports
