All his uploads are just crappy resizes..
Also I think we should try to show works of all the participants in the main post, so people who weren't around when these players were making skins can see too.

Just have a look at this. How are you not convinced? he has quality uploads. He even design sprites for people at times, he is the master at skinning I tell you that. I assume it's a "taste" thing though. I do know there is plenty of great skinners all around and they put their efforts to create sprites just like the rest but some people do better than others, just to stay in the zone of broad-mindedness. That's why I picked Daisuke as my favorite skinner.
