Ice-cream, this is not a new bug. If you respawn where a USP is DROPPED, then you will have 0 ammo. So in Construction players normally build supplies, where a gun may drop on your spawn after you die, or, if your getting owned by the other team (spawn killed) then it's likely your going to land on someone elses USP that they dropped before they died. If this happens (spawning on top of a gun) then you will have 0 ammo. 0116 version bug, not 0119.

I love how people blame updates for everything. this is a known issue which exists forever already. restart the game or rejoin the server.

no you can't unless people decide that they want to see ranks by others and change their settings that way. that's the idea of it. everyone decides himself what ranks he wants to see.

Restart the game, this happens when you have been on the map editor. And has been on really every version I can remember. So, that's 3 versions.. I didn't use to play before that.
