Well here goes nothing :

Weapon Ideas :

EMP Grenade - 0% DMG - Usefull against turrets/teleporters/dispensers/supplys
When hits it makes a shocking circle in wich all the buildings expload - become neutral & attack everyone - automaticly become the turrets of the player who thrown the EPM

Satchel Charge - Everybody knows it's drill

Defuse Kid - Not only defuses bombs but also mines (NOT LASER ONES)

Elephant Gun - Its simple a big machine gun 100/500 - Very strong but has a VERY slow reload and slowers the player down more than the m249 (Not buyable)

Dynamite Stick(s) - 1/2 in hand - Very exploasive - Takes time to expload (Longer than the airstrike)

Special Weapon: Plasma Gun

-Fires a bolt of bright blue plasma.

-Its slower than a Rocket, so its possible to dodge it at a certain range.

-Each bolt can kill 1 player (even if hes at full hp&Kevlar) however the splash does only a small amount of splash damage to very nearby players.

-What really separates this from the RPG Launcher and Laser, is after it hits something, it will continue to damage it (melt effect). Example: Player fires Plasma gun at Block 3. The block is damaged 5%. Then every second after that it will lose 1%, until the effect wears off (10 seconds).

Hmm, maybe it can change the turret image to a "stunned" state, it will be unstunned after a period of time or when a player repairs it?

DC, don`t miss my suggestions:
1. Ctrl+Z function for editor (allow to remove last action)
2. Trigger_hit can be avtivate by explosions (for map`s programming)
3. Allow more decals (esp. as numbers and letters, they didn`t use)
4. NPC settings (speed mod, team)
5. Entity, which can bring back broken Env_breakable

I like mp_buymenu feature a lot however it can be improved by adding ability to change price of weapons. The code could look like this:
1
mp_buymenu "1,2|10,11|20,21'1800'|30,31,32,91'5400'|40|51,52,89'12000'"

This brackets: 'SomeRandomNumber' will show price of that weapon.
Or you could something similar with different type brackets. "20,21.1800." "20,21-1800-" and etc.

- BitBlit function... In other words, a function that would make image object show a rectangular part of the whole image.
For example:

1. Add entity Env_PlayerMov which moves player to special direction. It`s very usable for rivers and escalators, also it can be usable for elevators. Or add same fuction to Gen_TileFX for Scrolling option.

2. Allow fractional numbers (0.1, 0.4, 0.85 etc.) for trigger_Delay, it`s very usable for cinematic maps and fast actions

Hmm, an advanced map editor?
Or lua maker button in editor.
When you press that button, menu will be show in which
you can tick an When press x (place button) then list of actions (give x,teleport etc)
And "Map made by : usgn" will be show at spawn
for protection from stealers.

Flares used to be yellow now they're red. Will there be a command that changes it's color? it'd be neat.

In example:

{command} {color model} {red,green,blue}

flare_color rgb 102,255,102
This will make a lightgreen kind of glow for the flare, sort of like a lightstick. Since red isn't such a bright color I'm just suggesting this thing.
