Can I use these sprites?
5 Antworten I'll get straight to the point: I want to use some of the gun sprites from CS2D because I am creating a game for a school project and do not have the time to draw any good sprites for the guns.
I'm asking because it just didn't feel right using them without asking first, and this thread can double-up as a slight advert to try what I have so far and comment :).

I would just like to clarify that this is 100% non-profit and is just for a school project (my Media qualification is hinging on this). I think DC has said before you can use them, but need credits and it's not allowed to earn money or smth like that. DC Admin

are those the buy menu images (ending with _m)?
the buy menu weapon graphics are actually made by 
Dairy
so you need his permission. try to contact him via icq (see profile) because he didn't visit the page for 2 years.
also I don't think that those pixel weapons are suitable (compared with the other graphics of your game) no, they're the dropped items. Are they also made by Dairy?
