u could do this alone ...
1.Open Console
2.Write mp_building limit (turret,dispenser...) 999
3.Write mp_building money (gate field,wall 3) 0
4.Make server with map what has wrench.
5.Make some building,then build it again,and you won't lose money.

cZ runs a instant build mod.
I have used build helper--not that crappy one made by Stive though.
It's basically a auto-key presser...{right-click}{right-click}{slot}.
also note that it is not allowed to inject dlls into cs2d or change how it works by somehow manipulating stuff in the RAM.
so using tools like this one might lead to a game ban. just wanted to warn everyone who didn't read the readme of cs2d.

and u can see the build menu flashing on the screen
