Because, when he entered my server once, he had to download a huge file to enter.
It took few minutes.

The maximum transfer rate allowed by CS2D is 500KB/s, that's why he downloaded so slow. And also, if your server's transfer rate was lower than 500KB/s, he got slowed even more.

By the way, this hosting is reliable too. When I had my server, I don't remember if it ever went down.

They were lagging because of high web-server load. It used to handle a lot of unexpected processes and things like posts on the forum (boards). Right now it should not be a problem.

Yet, thanks for mentioning that I used to handle almost the half of all CS2D servers. For me it means that even when my hosting was free, I did care about my customers.
