i was Punk'd by user

The deal was i make map and he gives me a sever.
He Begged me for giving him a map.
And ARXI PM to my bro, that we can pay by SMS and buy one server (oxy).
Then I made the whole map.
It was a pain in the ass to make this map.
the name of the map was ''Simple City''
It was funny that it wasn't simple at all.
So when I joined the server named [474]HappyTown
i saw that i wasn't admin... i was GM o.O
I Told him to make me admin but he said:

Then i told him on skype:

Now i am banned in the server.
Now he use my map without my permission.
So i ask you guys, what you will do if you were on my place?
DC i ask for Shuting his server.
Reason: Don't have permission to use my map.
He Broked the deal.
Now you can broke his server.
Please help.

I'm sorry to tell you that this is your very own fault. You should have signed a contract or something like that but you didn't. I can't and I won't shut down servers because you fall for simple tricks. Sorry man. Nothing I or anyone else can do for you.

This is my official statement.
So lets begin with Lubo, I told him he will get Admin Permissions and the RCon of our Server. I had gave the permissions to him after the map was online on the Server. He received them and the RCon too. About the RCon I told him that I will change if every 7th for mroe safety that noone can gain RCon permissions except roomando, Misho, Lubo and me. But Lubo acted like a kid and wanted more. When he started to call my Schoolmate Fresh a noob i banned him because noone in my clan insults other members without a good reason. And it was not just 4 fun what he said.

I told it Misho&Lubo several times but they still don't understand.
The reason why i still use his map? I gave him what he wanted, he isn't listening what I'm talking and insults members so he got banned. If he had apologized at Fresh.[474] i might had removed the map but he had not even felt sorry for it so i decided to continue using the map.

I hope you understand how i acted.
