A friend of mine, even tho we don't talk much now. His name is Vain, he is the owner of the Rewards servers. He has 3 also the last time I checked, if you have problems running multiple servers, then you should ask him, he helped me quite a bit of times.

Good,lag-less,and just simple servers are rather rare.
Oxy2D is an example. They have freaking awesome servers for low price,and,it is really worth the money.
Also,when you have your own server,you can easily upload scripts/maps/skins and other shit. Some people are getting bored from standard "bum-bam-you are dead" servers,that's why there are some Happy Town's/Jail/NPC War/Escape servers.
