CS2D General Game freezing

Im cs2d player since 2006 and after last patch i have 1st time big problem with this game. The game freezing all the time, sometimes 5 times in 10 secounds. I try many things in Task manager with for example compatibility. Its not lagging because i have still 20 ping at german servers when i am Polish player, but game still freezing i dont get it rly ...
If some1 have useful propositions I would be grateful.
Would be great if DC have time to help me with this. Sorry, but you should not visit the server any more. The same has happened to me, after the update I just could not play normally on a particular server.
I don't think DC will know why. He changed it, and you have not changed anything since the update, right? DC Admin

What kind of freezing? Does the game crash or do you lose the connection (other players don't move anymore)?
I have no idea why this happens. I'm going to take a wild guess; it's the same when the server crashes and nothing works any more but it's only for you and it might suddenly work again after a period of time.
So basically a short connection loss. I have this on all servers, this looks like my game stops so many times in 1 or 2 secounds, I will try to record this on fraps or sth else and post movie here
