Im trying to join a server but it keeps saying Checking your usgn login, it take too much time but i cant join,but when i log out my account i can join servers, please help!

Im trying to join a server but it keeps saying Checking your usgn login, it take too much time but i cant join,but when i log out my account i can join servers, please help!
Cyoubx: I also have this problem 
. Ohh I remember one of my friends have this problem.
If first not work use
Second , close cs2d and open it .
if second not working too
Third make a restart for your computer ..

I reinstalled CS2D and it didnt work
maybe its mt computer deleted some encryting on my cs2d folder....
