Marcell , kch.. Evaldas because he's also a hoster too.Actually, he's hosting some servers but i don't know if he has a free space host for you, but you can try to contact him.
I am geting laugh with ur post,cuz your post seems like some hosters are seeking for u to host server 4 u.
In short,
Dont post conditions cuz the hosters doesnt have any profit with u.
So they doesnt want to meet your conditions.
Better,
Even if u get a server without any of your conditions,just be thankful as u get it 4 free.
Currently many people are offering servers,but no ftp/sftp acces.
I can also offer u a server,without acces.

Any hoster that is happy to host for free will be grateful for any positive promotion by customers - Every hoster needs customers (Free of cost or not). It's the conditions the customers set to seek that make a good host.

Evaldas VPS are best , mim vps connection is
with a really bad support from him . No need to hate me, then i finish my jobs, i will start hosting again, without any pauses.
Evaldas (which i post already on my previous reply) he can host a server for you but this depend on what type of servers (because he already host 4 shotgun servers especially).You can contact him on unreal software via PM or in skype (but you must ask to ask him his skype name).
Usually he ask you a question for some important informations:
What kind of server do you want?And then you must give the sys folder and all folders related to the chosen type of server.
