:user idk: There's also a reason why DC disabled injecting stuff into the game, a cause of hacks. Sadly the hackers are preventing us from doing things..

actually, it just looks like no difference between the new shades & old because it just forces the brightness level to go high.

btw, you know how to enable it, it's just not working fully.

There are a lot of analogues: ReShade / ENBseries / SweetFX / GEMFX / GeDoSaTo / MasterEffect / Inject FXAA / Inject SMAA / nVidia FXAA Tool/...
+ Is also separate program - for example
RadeonPro Integration

Relatively better graphics with using this "shaders" - it would be nice to see variants to combine some of it in one because you can use main plus of ENB Series - it is an injector with enbinjector.ini that can be used to transfer dlls in separate folder someting like this:
1
2
3
4
5
[LIBRARY]
LibraryName=sys\enbseries.dll

[TARGETPROCESS]
ProcessName0=CounterStrike2D.exe
and ability to connect multiple dlls in enbseries.ini:
1
2
3
4
[PROXY]
EnableProxyLibrary = true
InitProxyFunctions = true
ProxyLibrary = d3d9.dll

For example like as it works in GTA 5, Skyrim, so on.

You can try injector version:
enbinjector.ini someting like this:
1
2
3
4
5
[LIBRARY]
LibraryName=sys\enbseries.dll

[TARGETPROCESS]
ProcessName0=CounterStrike2D.exe

I can confirm this is works.

Сertainly fine tuning options - as seen in this screenshots - overall illumination of frame depends on brightness level of all tiles on screen.

Too much eye cancer for this boy. Really, I don't see the point of using a graphics apprimorator on a game like CS2D.
If it was just simple shader effects like CRT screen effect, cartoon colors, etc (see Mari0), then it would be interesting.

@user _Yank: I repeat in this case - it's just fact that "shaders" work, it is not set, I have not checked what features are working and which are not.
So if anyone is interested - I think he will be able to make correct settings than it is in moment, and in combination with light and shadow engine it will be very nice and cool feature for CS2D.
