I'm answering for him since I don't think that you want to wait a week, and because I'm a mod ;P

He isn't making a S3 at the moment because of a lack of ideas. He just got other projects to do at the moment, and plus he is doing his military service at the moment.

Please don't make threads about S3, this has been asked often enough by now
