Simple shit. Not done before.

> Best to play on maps without Medic or random spots that give you HP.
• When someone kills you their total HP is shown, you should probably turn off killinfo as it's annoying. cs2d cmd mp_killinfo
• There is no maximum amount.
> Please note that when the damage of a weapon is greater than 200, you'll die. I don't want to change that as you really should be dead when shot with an RPG.

Excuse me, you Russian kid. If you pickup a medkit or you are wearing Medic Armour your Extra HP WILL go up. Once your normal HP reaches 75 then your Extra HP gets added onto it, making it 200 again or just 75 + whatever Extra HP you have left. And isn't the point that when your HP is 0 you die!? Or am I just being fucking retarded at the moment.
Or, if you're talking about that you have ExtraHP but you die, then you are correct. I mentioned this in the description. And said I DO NOT want to fix this.

The most stupid thing in this script if your tottal hp = 0 u will die medic armor and medkits wont help.
