 Various bugs concerning the spells.

• 9 spells at the bottom of the screen
• Cast them by click (using VisualLua by Engin33r)
• [F2] Mainmenu
• [F3] Quickspell on/off
• Opportunity to cast spells quickly by hitting "E"
• Spell-recharging-system
• Different images/effects and sounds for each spell
• Customize it your own way by editing "trpg_server.lua"
