This for peapol who dont know how to use any lua script
download this and save it to sys/lua then open cs2d and click new game and go to more setting tab and find mp_luaserver and see down you will see server.lua (or something els) delete it and put the lua script name and click apply then start the game and the lua should work

thx for noclip, noclip is use to driver car.
But....your lua can bug! Go die in server have this lua, you can make Tiles or weapon, npc in time yu die

Look mafia man, I said I will rate ur script better, if you improve it and make it more like GMOD. GMOD is using valve games things and there I can't see anything (for egsample) from HL2. You should name your mod Mafia Man's Mod (MMMOD), but you choosed an egsisting game mod name, then there should be more GMOD-ish things as bot spawn as zombie, or sth else. So, where I am wrong?
P.S. mafia man changed name from GMOD last version to GMOD v.11
