It exports images into your CS2D folder.
You need to apply those images through CS2D Map editor.
It's written in tutorial.

I made a zm_street with lights, and make "zm_street_ShadowMap" Hide if Nightvision is on.
It was so dark map... with some lights in the street and CT base. So hard - so dark.
I Rate 5/5...

How I do apply the layers to the map? I have the layers in main cs2d folder and the shadows arent in the map when I open CS2D
