New flare 3 (As gun sparkle)

I made a random stuff today, It's a better (I think) flare 3, so when you are shooting a gun, the sparkle looks like a real one from a gun, but there are too many problems about this thing so It's ok if you rated low.
The negatives are:
Laser's laser looks ugly (See screenshot 2)
Explosions are ugly (Screenshot 3)
On map lights, It looks like a tear (Like env_object -> street light I think.)

Re-upload and saying It's yours

You can use it on tank's cannon, like when the tank is shooting.

That's what I said on the description, and It's ok if you rated this thing low like I said. If you want to use this as a sprite , then you should rename this and do not change your default flare 3, you can use it for car lights, tank cannons, etc...
