When ever I go to put it in the recycling bin it says that it's being used by another probgram. Any sugguestions? 
If that's so, go to Downloads/Transfer and Delete from list. Or reboot your computer and try again. Still having errors/problems? I recommend to you download CCleaner, it's free, light and cleans errors from your computer very fastly! Google it!
Then scan your PC and remove errors.

Open windows task manager and go to processes, close all unfamiliar processes and then delete. Hey, I'm having some trouble deleating CS2D off my computer and its starting to tick me off.
