it starts from alt + 0032 and goes to alt + 0255
(chars below 0032 are whitespaces)
blocked are:
alt + 0044
alt + 0166
alt + 0169 (©, only when used as first char)
alt + 0160 / alt + 255 (whitespace) will be blocked in 0.1.1.5 and should NOT be used!

I was using the Alt + 255 you can still use your spacebar if you want to have whitespaces in your nick. however a nick which consists of whitespaces only or which has several whitespaces in a row can not be accepted because it's stupid trash.
There are lots of sites out there for these codes. You can even copy it from the log if you see someone with em.

Because when I make at my server the sv_msgs I want to add colours, but to do the © is a total sh*t!

I hold Alt and type 0169 or I press alt then I write 0169.

yea, i meant the lambda, i saw it in tf2 long time ago, some guy had the lambda in his name, anyways i found it at wikipedia λ

Eh, in a New Post, Edit and Quote mode it's possible to see the symbol. But when you post it it's not possible to see.
