about 1st question sorry:its simple.make wrench on the map and turn on zombie mod

there are two ways, in both you have to start the server as a zombie mod server:
1. edit the map and put wrenches near to every ct spawn
2. write a lua script which equips all ct players with wrench on spawn.

1. If you make a lua script, this is indeed possible. You can equip yourself with Wrenches using easy lua. (If you know how to)
2. No, but you can edit the damages health price etc.

To solve number 1 you can do 2 things: Use LUA scripts to give wrench at start of the round (wrench ID: 74).or...
Put a wrench in a ZM map (as said) nd/or mix con_ with zm (con_zm_ or con-zm_).
