there is no laser mine in gfx/weapons...

depends on what you loaded (setup/zip).
anyway: the simple answer is that the laser mine is not available in the game! it is planned to add it later. that's why there is a graphic for it. than you! 
DC said there is a graphic for it, i cant find it, does it depends on WHERE u dowloaded the game? where can i find that graphic? I've got it, too. Maybe you should look closely-er in the gfx > weapons folder. It looks just like the one in the video, minus the glow.
It doesn't look too great, but we've got skinners for that. 
if you downloaded the .exe file (the setup) cs2d (0114) contains new graphics for knife/ctskins and a gfx for the laser mine, in the .zip packed file are the old graphics and no lasermine. I got the .zip file and it was in there. I'm not sure about the skins and knife, but the mine was there. this lasermine looks like in cs2d 5 !!! You mean 0.1.1.5
