lol, that's wrong. You can't compare "he she it" with "der,die,das". Because "der,die,das" means "THE" and "he,she,it" means "er,sie,es" in german. Please don't teach them wrong things! "der, die, das"(he she it)

Hes headed to Poland now. Back to Berlin, Germany. that's how i learned english and german (i am from poland but i live in germany).

Good, day, mister, mayor, i, love, this, boat.
Still every german would understand you.

Omg? I doubt it. In German there are regular and irregular verbs, in French there are 3 classes of verbs:
1) the -er verbs
2) the -ir verbs
3) the -oir, -re verbs
And there are times in French that differ from the ones in German. And the words are not simillar.
German : Die Konstruktion
English : The Construction
French : La Construction
In this case the construction is in French and English the same word and very similar to the german one. The gender of the French and German are in this case both female, but this is a exception
PS: exception is too a french word with same meaning than the english one.
Thats the way i can spot most for me unknown words in english (+ french)
Edit: In the english grammatical tenses exists more times than in the german one so the grammatical things would be easier for english to german

male words (Bruder,Vater,Großvater)
you use die by:
female words (Schwester,Mutter,Realschole)
you use das by:
neutral words (Handy,Kind,Baby)
every nouns house mother father ed.
in German you write them with a capitalletter...
(Mutter,Vater,Realschole,Wasser,Handy,Baby,Bruder,Schwester)

Yeah, german is a lot like dutch. I always say Dutch is a mixture of german and english (because it sounds like it is)
