I don't have this problem.
Of course there is some bugs with path finder when you hold it on wall (lags horrible).

Yeah the pathfinder thing makes my computer incredibly slow when I use it at times, it appears to be faulty. Well well, can't eliminate all bugs only some. "Edit" means "Map Editor"?

The edit thing... xxanthonytranxx could you elaborate on this please? there is lots of ways to get low FPS on, for instance a bad PC or many entities Gen_FX, Gen_Weather, and animations(which can be disabled in Options) placed on a map which you're about to edit that can cause this problem you see. Especially the generator/generating(Gen_) entities they generate/produce lots of sprites at a set millisecond(ms) and might cause low FPS that's my answer for you for now as that's all I know currently.
