Recently, I have been playing CS2D and I noticed that every time a player is killed a puddle of blood is left behind. However, I think this is not the best sprite indicating the death of a player. Something I would suggest instead of blood would be a dead body for a bullet kill and body parts for an explosive kill.

Also for players that have a slow computer, possibly adding a option for deathsprites in the options menu.

To get a sense of what I'm talking about when I say deathsprites, please google the Endless war series 1-4.

To make death sprites not look incredibly stupid you would need death animations. That isn't very likely.

Yeah... the body sprite can't just popup out of nowhere.
Not to mention that it won't match with the modded players so editors will have more trouble creating a skin.
