User,Vip,Aca,Member,Mod,Admin,S-Admin

VIP << Same (It's normal)
Member << Same (But for what make member rank? i think people not need that they already have VIP)
Moderator << Same (I think we not need that people already have Admin or S-Admin better put Moderator at the website not the game)
S-Admin << Same (I think better write like this Admin or what because Admin Basic dosen't have Admin rank)

At the command
Admin Basic @slap @say @ban @kick
