One day, I was thinking about how slow my comp was and decided to go scan my comp with the panda online scanner.

After like 10 minutes, 2 infections were on your computer.

You can imagine how scared I was.

You were scared of 2 infections? LOL
When I scan my PC (once at every 50 years), I usually have 10-11 infections (detected).

WTF, those online scanners are FAKE.
Every body knows that.
They tell you that your PC has shitloads of virus and stuff and make you download a "free virus remover", which is in fact a virus.
Don't be a noob, only trust real antivirus online scans (like Panda and others)

You were scared with 2 infections? O.o....
I had 6.000 viruses on my computer, around 550 trojans and rest were spywere "worms", after I installed avast my comp had 0 viruses.

Its bad that people are paranoid with their computer being infected, just install avast and registry easy, and you wont need to do anything at all, scan comp once in 2 months, and use reg easy when you see that your computer is slow, or use it once a weak, it scans 5 minutes and fixes everything, also has optimizers, etc...

My old friend reinstalled windows on his pc, installed some games and wanted to download some cracks.... he downloaded them and installed then a Antivirus... he scanned his pc and got around 500 infections =D
this is a real story

by other friend had around 1500 infections.... that why you need an Antivirus and a firewall

Now, I'm fine lol....

NOD32 Antivirus
ZoneAlarm Pro Firewall/Anti-Spyware
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware(Registered) Anti-mal/spyware
I don't use the realtime scan for malwarebytes-just website blocking.

SUPERantispyware (Lifetime registration) Anti-Spyware/Malware/Adware
Realtime scan.

You could say I'm slightly paranoid, but I'm just taking precautions for when there is a virus, I'm ready for it

Cracks are recognized by AVG as a Win32/Heur virus (or something like that). I am aware of this problem because I put a crack on every game I own. Don't want to bring all the CDs with me when I go somewhere.

av-comparatives.org is a trusted antivirus testing ..w/e they are.

if you haven't heard of nod32, it's not uncommon to not know about it.

nod32 runs the fast on the system, light on system resources.

Avira, in the past had problems with one of their updates which caused the gui to freeze up, rendering the av useless, don't know if they have any problems like that now.

Well, I have had way worst. I have had the Anti-Malaware on my PC and when I did my scan just to check I had around 100-120 infections.
