old CS2D dedicated problems

OK, don't link me to different tutorials and don't tell me to search first. I did it all, followed the instructions. The whole problem is that the dedicated client gets stuck on "USGN sending serverlist ADD-request" thing.
I turned off firewall, opened the 36963 port. Before I opened it, the client said everything was fine and the server was on LAN only. It is still on LAN only, but seems to get no answer from the serverlist. What should I do?
And another question. On the port forwarding screen, what IP should I write? Because the default unchangeable numbers are the first numbers of my internal router address.

You should have read my post first.
I HAVE READ THE THREAD IN THAT LINK! THE HINTS DID NOT HELP!
Now, what IP should I write into the last field (to IP address)? I have written the last numbers of my IPv4 address. Did I do the right thing?

Haha, that was ironic. No, it was nor ironic, it's the truth. If you'd have done everything that's in this post, it should work.
Press here then look up your server.cfg, read the give port and then use this example:

[IP]:[PORT]

Profit?

And there're no hints. These are usefull things you can make to let your server work.

Update. I checked 36963 if it was open and guess what? It was open. But the server still shows up in LAN only.
The given port was 36963 (ZING!). If have managed to connect to it. But it still shows up in LAN in my client

If you used the forum search, you would've known that the server ALWAYS shows up in LAN when it uses the port 36963. It's additional.

... 36963.
you can't see your own server in the internet serverlist on some systems. depends on routing.

ask a friend to check it.

you didn't setup your router properly. otherwise it wouldn't try the nat hole punch thing.

it's normal (depending on routing) that you don't see your own server in the serverlist from within your own network. happens to many people.

server version should be (and is) b 0.1.0.0. that's correct. the dedicated server has its own version number but it also shows the game version and that must be the same as the client game version: b 0.1.1.8. everything is correct if you download from cs2d.com
