use a program which can actually handle alpha channels.
× paint can't do this.
√ paint.net and gimp should be able to handle it.

You must make your scope* in png format with transparency. You can use paint.net or gimp

ehh... nonsense? ms paint = normal paint
it does not support alpha channels as already stated.

He's talking about his scope, not his spray.

If you have photo-shop, you could just make the backround off the scope, transparent.

It isn't worth editting the scope anyway, the only improvement it could make is if it had no borders so you could see a larger amount of area

@DannyDeath It might not be for performance. It could be for style. Mine has dirt on it lol

I reccomend GIMP, photoshop is mpre for painting ( or that's just what i think about it) GIMP is more for skinning really. ( i just got photoshop and used GIMp for a lifetime so maybe i'm wrong lol) (talking about photoshop cs5 extended) (and gosh photoshop is expensive -- thank god i have allot of relatives )

You probably downloaded the wrong pack Go back check for XP version then redownload it. Because i have one right now on my other XP and it's working perfectly. ( Unless you are trying some new betx )
