1337, but I ain't no CS1.6 H^X0R n00b

I don't get this test, you could probably just click on whatever you like and get Power User or 1337. Took me a while to figure out what the binary thing was though, lol.

Actually the most important part of a computer and it's RAM, without these things they cannot function properly. The HDD is pretty important too, all be it not 100% neccisary.

That's like saying the most important part of a human is the brain or the heart or the stomach. You just can't say one is more important than the other, they're all equally necessary. And HDD is not the only memory storage device.
See: Flash Drive, SSD, CD, DVD, Network, etc. You can run your computer off of any of these

You`re a computer expert. w00t! w00t!

I almost feel dirty. As for the harder test, well, after perfecting it a few times over I got bored. The only problem is, with all that I know about computers, I consider this level of understanding of computers mandatory and anyone not caring enough about their computer to find out how it works and how all this internet works are comparable to people who drive cars but can't be bothered to work out how the engine runs. If you own something, learn about it...

Danny is definitely on the right lines. Technically a computer only needs a handful of components to legitimately boot (albeit, not into an os, but the CMOS setup) and these are:

1: Power Supply
Well... yes... power...
2: Main (Mother) Board
Something to connect all the components. Also contains a basic 'OS' for modifying CMOS settings
3: CPU
Something to process instructions
4: RAM
something to hold volatile programmatical data of larger quantities than the CPU caches
5: A valid display adapter
This one's not well known, but a computer will not boot without a valid adapter (although no monitor has to be attached, the hardware has to be there).

I like threads like these. They spark more intellectual conversations. Nice one.

I understand you Psy. Anyways, the test didn't have any questions about computer knowledge.
Well, if you haven't noticed, I've supplied a new link with a little more difficult test in which you have a time limit on you, it makes the whole thing more interesting. I also admit that my thread lacks somewhat in computer knowledge but if you need to know about that then just use google and search for something perhaps that you need to know about. Well, at least I tried.

Power User, considering that i never had computer class and i am 13 years old, learned all those things alone... so i think it's good :p

keep going with it. I'm 25 and I haven't had any formal lessons in IT. I even managed to get some qualifications purely on self-taught info. You can do anything if you just put your mind to it...
