From my point of view these houses on those home systems on the Tibia servers are lacking because only one can buy the house and it remains theirs permanently. That's mainly why the whole idea of a home system fails epicly. Once everyone has bought the houses on some server, there won't be more house buying and that will lead to what? yes, epic fail indeed.

There should at least be rent on the house so the player who previously owned the house had to move when his cash runs out, or it'll just remain as a problem for players who wants to buy/rent a house. Although, I'm not very much into the house thingies anyway, so I almost don't wanna bother but just pointing out some flaws on the home system in general. I hope someone can improve the house system.
