We (me & my family) usually find better deals in United Kingdom, particularly England. We've bought multiple laptops, tablets, headphones there. You should see if you can ship it from there or if you have someone (relatives, friends, w/e) to bring it back for you.

@user Black Wolf: The alternative way (if you use Windows 7) is to go to Control Panel > System and Security > System and here you'll get some infos regard your OS, PC and some specs of your computer. Is not that hard...
