It doesn't matter. "Newgrounds is registered".
You can't create a project with that name. You will only get problems + bad reviews because when a person searches for "Newgrounds" they expect seeing the site not some fan made trailer or whatever.

First, you don't have all "los derechos reservados", mainly due to the name which you don't own, second, don't copy-paste "®" because that's just wrong and that means you PAID (which you didn't) to officially register that video.

I'm making this video for fn,..."newgrounds" is my video project, and the other "newgrounds" is only a company w games with copyright too

Also I paid for this video,because, I bought a camera, effects and sounds effects from Videocopilot.com

and it had copyright because, I bought "derechos"
from a company near in my city to film in all the city,also i send a request to the mayor for help,.. btw

This just looks like you took a short video of the sky added a cool effect and put it in a well made intro. BUT - that's it.
There's nothing more, no story or whatever this film is about.
Also don't advertise your ?french? (dunno, it's not english - that's all I need to know) project in an english forum.

You could call my upload ( File does not exist (6140)) that, you would be criticizing it, and I'd accept it. But, fortunately, it is way too good to be bad. ;P (received lots of 5 star ratings + 1 wrong 4 star rating because the guy thought I changed the water).
