Are You A Good Clan Leader?

1. You start a new clan! wich name would you give your clan?
Your Answer: (please dont say |fruit| Fruit-Clan)

2. Your clan has 30 members and you start to lose control because they are to many! what would you do?
A: Kick the 5 worst players (even if they are very aktive)
B: Kick 5 inactive players (even if they did alot for your clan or are very good players)
C: Try to find somebody who could help you to lead the clan (your clan has now 2 or more leaders)
I try to handle it even if it takes all of my freetime!

3. a way better clan than your clan in CS2D want a clan war! what would you do?
A: lets kick some ass!
B: i will not play it because i know we will lose and it would be boring! but we play until we trained more hehe!

4. You found out that a good member of your clan is a hacker!
A: talk. you talk with him. he is saying that he will delete the hacks and if you see him again hacking then you kick him. you dont make it public and keep the silents.
B: scream. you tell everbody that he is a hacker and kick him
C: shhh. you say nothing aslong as your the only 1 who knows it

5. Nobody want to join your clan.. what would you do?
A: changelook. change main things like clanname/tag, website design and more
B: gameover. close the clan, end the pain
C: represent. you play as much as you can in your freetime with your clan tag and try to get members

6. you dont want to play cs2d anymore. you will..
A: close the clan
B: give the leadership to the best player
C: let them all vote for 1 player who will be leader
give the leadership to a very active player with 3 years cs2d experience

i tried to make a test where not only 1 answer is correct. its just about to find out how they think and to know them better.

Your Answer: I would ask the first members what they would like, then choose one (not necessarily the one they wanted, but one I like)


2. Your clan has 30 members and you start to lose control because they are to many! what would you do?

C: Try to find somebody who could help you to lead the clan (your clan has now 2 or more leaders) -- but I would still position them "underneath" me.


3. a way better clan than your clan in CS2D want a clan war! what would you do?
A: lets kick some ass! -- with a lot of training anything is possible. Anyway I could learn from the others and "steal" their tactics.


4. You found out that a good member of your clan is a hacker!
A: talk. you talk with him. he is saying that he will delete the hacks and if you see him again hacking then you kick him. you dont make it public and keep the silents. -- You cant open a clan without having a hacker in it sooner or later, and it depends on how important he is, but some time you just have to kick him.

5. Nobody want to join your clan.. what would you do?

none of them. I'd ask all CS2D players I know; there are more than enough just waiting for me to open a new clan...

C: let them all vote for 1 player who will be leader -- almost never works...
give the leadership to a very active player with 3 years cs2d experience

I'd tell him to get his fucking ass out of my clan ASAP. Friggin clan hopper.
I'd first talk with the other 4 members and try to convince them to stay, tho.

First I'd punish them in some way (flaming between clan members should be against any clan's rules, right?)
Then I'd try to get into the situation so I get to know why were they flaming. If it was for no particular reason just kick them from the clan, I wouldn't want to be a kindergarden teacher looking after a group of children.

Usually I'd be spectating the clanwar. Buf if I wasn't I'd ask for evidence to support that "fact". I'd trust my members if the evidence doesn't convince me.

That'll be the last time he'll be using his admin rights... atleast until he learns proper behaviour.

Relation, nobody would want to leave a clan if he has a lot of friends there. Also there wouldn't be any reason for flaming to occur, right? The power of friendship beats all B)

I would never let any more people in if I thought I couldn't handle it. Train enough before a way better clan ever gets the chance to ask for a war. Run some background checks on everyone. Make sure an applicant gets along with everyone before even considering to let them in.

Well, clan leaders are simply there to set time and dates of clan wars and set parameters of which the clan war will be, specific weapon only, or a all out battle using all weapons from which can be bought from the buy menu. After when one team has won the leader put +1 to their score so they can climb the clan ladder as they progress and the opposite clan should add the horrible -1 to their score because "you win some and you lose some" that's the way to show how each clan member within a clan progress. Afterall it's team work it's all about and use of strategy is very useful sometimes.

One critical opinion of mine is that clans do need to be able to admit defeat and to admit victory. That's basicly how clan leaders are supposed to act anyway, doesn't mean lots of clans do it they just want to yell at eachother I guess, because other types of clans would be annoying to play with in other words. Hope someone agrees with that, who wouldn't want a fair game? anyways, good luck clanning y'all.

My clan can't lose control. Control loses my clan. I'm a leader, and I will lead my clan into victory!

I IP-Ban him from my server, but keep him in the clan
