It means people are sending messages to CS2D and CS2D:
A, doesn't know the person who is sending it.
B, doesn't understand the message.

in this case it's A. it happens when someone doesn't disconnect from the server properly and keeps sending stuff to the server even though the server thinks that he disconnected already. there are also a few other possible reasons but this one is the most common one.

you can ignore these messages in 99% of all cases. they are for debugging in first instance and they do not cause any problems since they are ignored by CS2D anyway.

I see these often in '/retry', /'disconnect', '/quit'.

This may also be the cause of kicking someone while they were trying to download a file from the server, kicking them while they had not fully connected.
