LULZ! Locmod works using IP addresses, so if you ban Egypt all you are doing is cutting off some players, he can just use a proxy server. Sheesh, y'all are blatantly stupid sometimes.

i saw him too yesterday at server C4, i spectate him and he use speedhack.
for the command, maybe good but Dr.Trojan have usgn too, i know his usgnID, i check it at dizziness server, and his usgnID is "52490".
i think Dr.Trojan use Rcon hack, why i say Rcon hack? because he can open/close shop from outside at w0w citylife. if i ban him he can ban me too with Rcon, but if he banip me, i still can join because i'm using modem(dynamic ip), just disconnect and connect again then i have new ip. but if he banusgn me i still can join too because i use my friend usgn but i lose my admin usgn at w0w citylife. if he ban me all(banname,banusgn,banip), i still can join, so i can't banned for ever.

I already know that lua script but i use usgn not ip for protecting it, If i use ip for protecting it maybe dr trojan can use that gap for cheating it more easy

If you be a server hoster and get attack from dr trojan you will unlike him... he make some server laggy and maybe it can be shutdown by his hack .. for me it not a big problem but for other ? they already pay for a money but their server get shutdown by fucken dr trojan?

yea but i saw dr trojan for 2 years and he just using egypt proxy i hope he not see this thread so he will not chnage his proxy for ever xDDDD

Ho-ho-ho, Factis699 and other guys talking water in this thread. Today, Santa Claus (let it be me) came to explain you some things. First of all - there are millions of free proxy servers in the webs, and most of 'em are active just for a few days. You cannot ban all proxy servers, and will never succeed in doing do. Although this guy (let's call him Dr. Trojan) is smart ass, because it's not that easy to run CS2D under proxy. So he probably knows a little bit about running application under different connections, although he can still use programs like Proxy Switcher, which allows you to choose proxy from the list and all the connections will run using that proxy server. The main thing which is confusing me a little bit - proxy servers (at least most of free ones) are kinda slow, so playing CS2D under proxy server, it's like playing CS2D with modem (56 KB/s). However, he can still use Proxy Switcher I mentioned above to switch proxies. Proxy Switcher gives you fast and high anonymity proxy servers, but this program is not a freeware. Yeah, I do believe that there are some cracks in the webs. I myself use another program to change IP.
Well there are different type of proxies. Http which only work on websites such as unrealsoftware and google. And UDP proxies that will only work for the UDP protocol. Search up virtual private network, you don't need to buy this it's free and I doubt anyone would be such a loser to buy hacks to hack a freeware!

I have no idea about this because i dosen't know where is subnet egyptian list...
Anonymous proxy IP ranges (most of them).
You guys can't get one simple thing over there - you can't ban hacker who uses proxy. Just deal with it.
