Yes, I don't much like Brazilians & Russians at all. But you said the worst country to live is Brazil and Russia because you don't like Brazilians and Russians right?
There are more dangerous country to live like 'Somalia', 'Pakistan', 'Iraq' or somewhere in the Middle East. But you shown racism, it doesn't mean you hate Russians/Brazilians you hate the same country where they were originated too.
So my answer to the worst place to live is either 'Somalia' or 'Pakistan'.
My take on what would be the worst place to live in? Pretty much any country in equatorial Africa shares the first place. In fact, the Egypt and SAR seem to be the only places where living ain`t downright hazardous. Well, maybe Madagascar and Marokko ain`t so bad, either. Anywhere else in Africa? Forget it.
Aside from that, Middle East seems like a powder keg nowadays. Not the best place to live either, though still better then Africa.
Last, and possibly the least, would be countries of middle east that used to be a part of USSR. I`m talking about various -stans - Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, etc. Those are not quite as dangerous as poor - both in monetary and educational sense.

Also, most people hate Brazilians because of the kids. I dislike them as well, but some of them are alright.

It's where in that country you live, but I'd rather live in a country that has a war going on then in my own country IF I dislike it.
