Increasing Temp. Ban for stealing ;
If the guy stole more than 3 times,he gets Com. Ban ;
And maybe even Report button.
Clicking report button you must put link to original file. (only URL can be placed,because I know that it will be abused.)
If somebody abuses it more than 3 times,he gets Temp. Ban automatically.
Also,you should make threads like :
Your favourite
Which item do you
What do you like
Put here your
and etc. topics FORBIDDEN.

I didn't said that they must be banned fully,only community.
That will clear site from needless people.

It's not like Unreal Software Gaming Network is made for the forum. Also, you should not ban people because they do nothing here.

A bigger punishment for stealing stuff / ignoring copyright is necessary though. I agree with that.

A Mad Bro: There are already comparable limitations implemented without an extra user mode. I don't see a reason to add more limitations for new users at the moment. Also,threads like "whats you favorite shit colour" or something have to be forbidden.

Problem: When an admin states that "asking for new weapons is not allowed", users still post, stupidly, more posts for weapon requests when the admin's post falls off into a previous page.
Function: What I thought would be a good idea is if any admin posts, reminders, statements, whatever they have that is important can be "pinned" by the moderator to appear at the top of every page starting from the next page when a new page is being created - This serves as a reminder (much like the yellow box/guidelines notification at the top of each new post) to prevent people from blindly being idiotic.
Take it or leave it, I think it will help a lot of moderators from having to constantly remind other users, wasting time by posting yet more reminders.
Thread length limit should be added. Longer posts should be accepted by admin/moderator.
