User cannot create more than 3 threads anyway.

It was I and Mafia_Man. No kid Laurence involved. Also this has been solved, no need to bring it up.
One thread a day is more than enough, but I would say two files a day or maybe three. You never know if someone good is busy the whole day. Plus DC wouldn't get spammed by people that want to upload more. - In fact this could be another bonus for the Super User to upload more files.
BlazingStan: A lot of the spammers have had more than 7 days, I'd much prefer the 1 thread a day. You actually already have to have access to (or hijack) MULTIPLE accounts (which are not new ones) in order to spam A BIT. Otherwise your attempt to spam will simply fail horribly. And even with multiple accounts it's quite easy for moderators and me to track and remove all the spam. No matter where it has been posted. So spamming here is just a waste of time. It never takes long until the spam is removed and all caused damage is undone. (of course it's still annoying because it's wasted time for us as well)
So there is no real reason to limit the threads per day or files per day even more. It would restrict good users too much and it wouldn't be a significant improvement for spam protection.

Obviously Exactly Myself: http://www.unrealsoftware.de/search.phpIt's a search function powered by Google which only searches unrealsoftware.de and it works pretty damn well. It's so much more reliable than stupid tags that most users wouldn't use correctly anyway.

People can make bots that register in this site 100 times automatically so when this question changes everytime you open the registration page bots can't register.

We probably need a better 'kid detector' than that. I think the website should detect IP of the one trying to register so if it is already in use, if wouldn't allow him to register.
