All sound:
     Assuming you're on windows 7, start the audio service.

Just cs2d:
     Options(Label)-Sound(Tab)-Sound Driver(Dropdown)-Automatic

Solution: Don't play CS2D.
Or, like me, learn how to play everything with no sound. You get used to it.
