Mb = megabit = 128 kilobytes/sec
MB = megabyte = 1024 megabytes/sec

It's not fake. Most likely your internet/firewall settings are limiting connection, or you are just living far away from the server the connection got tested on. It's one of the most reliable sites, don't blame anything on it.

How can i know if firewall is limiting my speed?

Using routers? I don't know much about how internet works but most of my problems were solved when i took out that router and started using the modem only.
