sry, I don't understand completly.
It seems you mean toolbars (on windows, there is only on taskbar, that this thing mostly on the bottom which also contains the tray and the start button).
what's your browser?

yeah i mean tolbars im with internet exploler il get a shot and post so you will get what i mean

My answer to nearly any IE related question:
Get FireFox
it's much easier, much saver, and you can't accidently remove the toolbars, since the FF doesn't use Bands.

For me it sounds like you have installed one of those toolbars which then also appear in the Windows Explorer. Is that the case?
Or have you accidently hidden the "File, Edit, Etc."-Bar?
To show or hide toolbars, use the checkboxes under view > toolbars.

Rightclick on the Toolbar.
There is a menu item "fixed Toolbar" (is first under the line).
There should be ar little √ .
Click on this menu item. There should appear some dotted bars on the left side of each toolbar (including the main menu). leftclick on those, hold the button, and drag them.
You should now be able to customize your view until you think it's ok. then again rightclick on the Toolbar, and then click again on "fixed Toolbars", to prevent that you accidently get on those dotted bars and destroy the view.

Do you know a way to move the toolbars in Forefox? Even if i click "Anpassen..." they are stuck, i just can move symbols...

You can't, since firefox doesn't use toolbands.
if you want to have a special button position, you have to use the items "Zwischenraum" or "Flexibler Zwischenraum".
Also, you can drag'n'drop everything from the toolbars (Including the mainmenu, the adressfield and everything) from and to the elements window popping up after you chosed "Anpassen..."
